Functional characteristics
(1) There are 30 sets of parameters in the software system. Frequency, torsion, brakingtime, multi-function terminal setting and control source selection can be set according toactual needs.
(2) The bonding device is designed with dust-free, smooth and static-proof soft rubberstick, which meets all the requirements of plate bonding process.
(3) The built-in vacuum adsorption function of the bakelite platform ensures that the plateis 100% firm and flat in the bonding process, which greatly improves the bonding processand efficiency.
(4) The design of super-long rubber roller, driven by high precision screw rod, has the char-acteristics of high elasticity, large contact surface, no bubbles, stable fitting speed and soon.
(5) Precision components are used in the circuit and pneumatic components. The fittingspeed and pressure are accurate, which meets the requirements of high precision fitting technology for large area flat plate.
