On January 23, Duan Yingwei, who was at home in the "Fengcheng" city of Wuhan, resolutely gave up his vacation and dragged his suitcase for 6.7km to return to work.
Wuhan Huaxing has the world's largest low-temperature polycrystalline silicon production capacity, of which the small-size display panel production line accounts for 20% of the global production capacity, and is the supplier of Huawei, Xiaomi, oppo, vivo, Lenovo, Samsung and other brands. On the one hand, the production of semiconductor display devices is special, and the production line needs to run continuously throughout the year; on the other hand, whether Wuhan Huaxing can keep its production capacity is also related to the supply stability of the global semiconductor display industry chain and even the end products of the electronic industry chain.

In the face of the sudden outbreak, Wuhan Huaxing strictly controlled. On January 20, the emergency headquarters for epidemic prevention and control of the enterprise was established. The dormitory area, office area, public equipment and facilities were fully disinfected twice a day. A special isolation area was set up. The company was responsible for the food and drink of the isolation personnel. The company was on duty with special personnel, and the expenses related to isolation were borne by the company. In addition, the company has opened a 24-hour special line for psychological consultation for all employees. During the epidemic prevention and control period, 7000 workers were uninfected in the plant area, and their production capacity remained 85% in February, the most severe epidemic.
Employees like Duan Yingwei who stick to the production line ensure the supply of global industrial chain. At the end of March, Wuhan Huaxing returned to work 100%, and the supply of materials returned to normal in early April. In the first quarter of this year, the sales revenue of Wuhan Huaxing was the same as that of last year. TCL Huaxing, including Shenzhen Huaxing, also achieved a counter trend growth. In February, it became the world's largest LCD TV panel supplier for the first time with 18.8% of the shipment volume share and 19.6% of the shipment area share. "With such a team, we can overcome all difficulties." At the award ceremony, Li Dongsheng, founder and chairman of TCL, said proudly.

Now, Wuhan Huaxing sixth generation flexible ltps-amoled display panel production line is rapidly advancing. The first main equipment has been moved in on April 20, and relevant equipment will arrive in Wuhan in July. By the end of this year, phase III equipment will be installed in the plant, and the design capacity will reach the capacity in the second half of next year.
With the comprehensive promotion of the new infrastructure, Wuhan Huaxing has also ushered in new opportunities to seize the "new track". "The R & D team of Wuhan Huaxing has 3000 people, and the R & D investment of Wuhan Huaxing in 2019 has exceeded 1.29 billion yuan." Li Dongsheng introduced that the whole TCL Group has applied for more than 68000 patents, including more than 13000 PCT patents, ranking fifth in the world. In the next generation of display technology, the gap between Chinese enterprises and international top enterprises is not large, and they can reach agreement on the direction of technology research and development. Moreover, the overall efficiency of China's manufacturing industry is high, the industrial structure is good, and the cost performance is high. In some display fields, the share of Chinese enterprises in the global market will continue to grow.
